This internal renovation of a two-level home in St Ives embraces a refined Japandi aesthetic, blending Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian warmth. Inspired by Muji’s design ethos, the interior is calm, functional, and understated. Natural timber-look joinery and flooring introduce warmth and texture, balanced by a clean palette of white and concrete tones. Every element was thoughtfully considered to enhance light, spatial clarity, and flow. The result is a serene, contemporary home that supports slow living and quiet elegance, offering a timeless retreat that reflects both simplicity and craftsmanship.

The project is currently under construction by Top Building Construction & Renovation and will be completed in late 2025.
