The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive and sustainable vision for a dual residential development and farmland enhancement along South Lantau Road. The master plan features two low-density, two-storey luxury masonry dwellings carefully stepped into the hillside to respect the natural topography while preserving established vegetation. Integrated micro-infrastructure—including rooftop photovoltaic solar arrays, private swimming pools, and a 6-metre-wide EVA-compliant access driveway—ensures modern living comfort and regulatory compliance. By maintaining over 20% greenery coverage and incorporating adjacent agricultural land into a unified scheme, the design seamlessly balances high-end residential living with environmental conservation.
