Designed as a modern interpretation of Southeast Asian hawker culture, HO MEE (by Auvers) seamlessly merges contemporary architectural craft with the rich nostalgia of traditional Nanyang street food.

The kiosk’s design balances raw, utilitarian structure with warm human scale. Overhead, an intricate overhead timber-slat lattice grounds the space, creating an intimate canopy above the serving area. Anchoring the visual identity is playful, glowing custom neon signage featuring a noodle-slurping cat paired with traditional Chinese typography (好味), creating a striking contrast against the organic timber backdrop. Accompanied by classic round wooden tables and low stools, the design offers an inviting, highly tactile street-side dining experience crafted for modern urban food lovers.
